The hospitality industry also encompasses the entire travel and tourism sector. It is one of the world’s fastest growing industries and this trend is forecasted to continue. According to the World Travel and Tourism Council, by 2020 this will represent 9.2% of total employment or 1 in every 10.9 jobs.
